I am offering for auction a nice ABU Cardinal 44x Fixed Spool Reel.  This particular reel was made in 1975 and comes with a spare spool.  As this model was only available for about a year (1975/76 I think) these high speed retrieve reels are becoming quite hard to find.

 RARE VINTAGE HARDY EXALTA REEL.
This is a Rare Vintage Hardy Exalta Mark II fixed spool Spinning Reel.
Made by Hardy Bros Ltd,England.
Brit Pat No 772886.
Reel only made from 1958 - 1965.
The Mark II has the benefit of being either Right Hand or Left Hand.
This reel has most of the original grey finish remaining but there are some scuffs and scratches as you can see.
Mechanically the gears are smooth and quiet to wind,the bail return is very good and positive.

UP FOR AUCTION THIS WEEK A VINTAGE MITCHELL 810 IN STUNNING CONDITION NOT SURE IF THIS REEL AS EVER BEEN USED THE DARK BROWN CHOCOLATE PAINT WORK IS MINT SO IS THE SILVER FOIL BAND ON THE ROTOR MECHANICALLY IT IS EXCELLENT THE GEARS ARE VERY SMOOTH THE BAIL ARM IS NICE AND CRISP.
